- 1 liter alcohol (90%)
- 8 biologic lemons
- 1 liter water
- 0.7 kg sugar
Peel lemon finely and puts peels in alcohol. Close in jar for infusion.
Wait 15 days.
Prepare a syrup with water and sugar. Add to infused alchol. Wait 15 minutes, then filter and bottle.
Allow to rest 10 days before serving ice cold.
