Ingredients

  • Pineapple
  • 16 pineapple rings (or slices), fresh or packed in juice
  • Dip
  • 6 oz. fat-free plain Greek yogurt (like Fage Total 0%)
  • 1 tbsp. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (granulated)
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a grill or grill pan with nonstick spray and bring to medium heat. Lay pineapple rings flat and cook until slightly blackened and caramelized, about 3 minutes per side, flipping carefully. Set aside to cool.

Combine all ingredients for dip in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended and smooth. If you like, chill for 10 minutes before dipping.

Serve the dip with the pineapple rings and eat up!
