Ingredients

  • 4

    lbs. unpeeled, large shrimp

  • 2

    lemons, cut in wedges

  • 2

    bay leaves

  • 1

    cup butter, melted

  • 1

    cup ketchup

  • 1/2

    cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 4

    garlic cloves, chopped

  • 2

    T. Old Bay seasoning (or 1 T.Old Bay, 1 T. Emerill's Essence)

  • 1

    tsp. dried rosemary

  • 1

    tsp. dried thyme

  • Hot sauce to taste

  • French bread

Directions

Place shrimp in 13 x 9 pan; top with lemon wedges and bay leaves. Stir together next 8 ingredients in small saucepan and warm. Pour over shrimp and bake at 400, uncovered, for 15 -20 minutes or until shrimp are pink, stirring every 10 min. (make sure to not overcook shrimp) Discard bay leaves and serve with french bread.
