Ingredients

  • 2

    jars 6.5 oz each marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped

  • 1

    package 10 oz frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

  • ½

    cup sour cream

  • ½

    cup mayonnaise

  • ¾

    cup (3 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese

  • 1

    clove garlice

Directions

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees combine artichokes, spinach, sour cream, and mayonnaise in bowl. Add parmesan cheese and garlic; mix well and spoon into small oven safe bowl. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated thru. Serve with fresh vegetable dippers, if desired. yields 3 cups
