Ingredients
- 1 bag shredded broccoli
- 4 - 5 chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix shredded broccoli, green onions, sunflower seeds, almonds and raisins together. Set aside.
Mix thoroughly together oil, soy sauce, sugar and white vinegar.
Add can of chow mein noodles to salad mixture and then top with dressing.
Serve immediately
