Ingredients
- 6 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 to 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 large onion, sliced
- Fried rice
- Fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- NOTE: I NORMALLY USE FROZEN FRIED RICE OR YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN

Step 1
In a bowl mix first 4 ingredients, set aside.
Fry pork chops till golden brown both sides in oil and butter. Add sliced onions and cook till transparent. Add the sauce mixture.
Cook fried rice with the pineapple and add the pork chops on top with the sauce mixture.
