Ingredients
- 1/2 small head of cabbage cut into wedges
- 1/2 small head of iceberg lettuce cut into wedges
- 1/2 english cucumber cut into pieces
- 8 small radishes
- 2 green onions cut into 1 inch pieces
- You could also add a couple of carrots if you like.
Preparation
Step 1
Shred the cabbage,lettuce,cucumber and radish in a food processor.
Use your food processor to finely chop the green onions and add to the other vegetables.
Use your favourite dressing for cole slaw to coat and serve.
