- 2 Cups sifted flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon fat melted
- 1 can cream style corn

Step 1
sift the dry ingredients together. Combine the beaten eggs, milk and melted fat. Add gradually to the dry ingredients, stirring only until batter is smooth. Add corn
drop by tablespoon into hot oil and fry until lightly browned and floating up to top.
