Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Success White or Brown rice OR 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup frozen peas & carrots, thawed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare rice according to package directions; drain. Heat veg oil medium heat in skillet and add onion, saute 1 minute. Add eggs and scramble. Stir in shrimp, veggies, garlic powder, rice and soy sauce. Heat through.
