Verleen's Honey Sweet Ham

This is a family favorite. Depending on the size of the Ham you might have to double or triple the sauce.
Can thicken the sauce with corn starch for a gravy.

Ingredients
- Ham with about 30 fresh cloves throughout the ham.
- Sauce
- 3 tbsp. of Mustard
- 3/4 cup of Brown Sugar
- (may put 1 cup if so desire)
- 1 tsp. Lemon Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 cups of Water
- 1 cup of Honey
- 1/2 cup Corn Syrup
- 1 tbsp. of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp. of Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. of Pepper
- 1 tsp. of Dry Mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients into heat in saucepan & bring to a boil.
After boiled pour over ham.
Bake @ 250 F to 300 F for 4 to 5 hours basting the Ham every hour.
To make a gravy put into a sauce pan and bring to a boil, then add corn starch with water (mix in a glass tablespoon at a time) repeat until you have the thickness you so desire.
