  • In blender jar combine 6 ice cubes, cracked, with 1 1/2 cups rumand 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice and 2 T. each lemon or lime juice and superfine sugar. Whir 15 seconds or until ice is completely crushed. Serve in frosted cocktail glasses. Makes 6 (4 oz.)

Directions

PUNCH: Chill 2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice, 1 (1qt.) bottle white rum and 1/3 cup lemon or lime juice, separately combine in large punch bowl, together with 2/3 cup superfine sugar, at the last moment before serving. Add 2 trays ice cubes if desired. Makes 24
