Ingredients
- 9 “unbaked pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of dark corn syrup
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup melted margarine
- 1 cup of canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecan halves
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350deg.
Beat eggs well; beat in next 5 ingredients until well blended. Arrange pecans in bottom of piecrust. Slowly pour egg mixture over them, bake 1 hour or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
