Barbecued Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned refried beans
  • 1/2 cup green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 bag nacho chips
  • Sour cream and salsa for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the barbecue to 375F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch aluminum foil pan. Spoon refried beans into pan and spread to coat bottom. Arrange nacho chips over top and sprinkle with green onions and jalapeno peppers. Top evenly with cheese and place on barbecue. Cover and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is meltyed. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
