Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. raw or cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 34 round butter crackers (Kerri uses 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers), crushed
- 1 Cup bread crumbs (freshly made are nicest)
- 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
- 3/4 Cup butter (11/2 sticks), melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all of the ingredients except the shrimp to make the topping. Place the shrimp in the pan and cover with topping. If using raw shrimp cook for 20 minutes. If using cooked shrimp bake for only 10 minutes.
