Mexican Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 2 red or green chilies, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until well
blended. Rub mixture into meat; cover with platic wrap and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Cook as desired.

A hot and lightly spicy marinade that is suitable for pork, chicken or beef.
