Alfredo Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 baking potatoes
• McCormick Creamy Garlic Alfredo Sauce Mix, 1.25oz
• 1/2 cup chopped green onion
• 2 tbsp of Marketside Pico De Gallo
• 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup milk
• 4 tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese divided

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Wrap potatoes in foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

2. Remove foil from potatoes. Cut potatoes in half and scoop potatoes out and place into a medium bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients except cheese. Mix the potatoes well, then scoop back into potato skins. Bake for 15 mins, then top each potato with 1 tbsp of cheese. Place back in oven for 5 more mins.
