    kg mince meat (half pork, half beef)

Directions

Chop onion, carrot, clery, and garlic into small pieces. Heat oil in saucepan. Add vegetables and herbs. When all is golden, add meat. When meat is brown add red wine and cook over high heat until the alcohol has evaporated. Add tomatos, salt and pepper and simmer slowly until reduced.
