Belgian Beef & Beer Stew

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs. boneless beef stewing cubes
  • 1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 cup frozen chopped onion
  • 1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 envelopes (0.87 oz.) brown gravy mix

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours or HIGH for 5 hours or until at least 160°F.
