Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. sirloin, cut into 1/4 inch thick strips
- 4 cups of fresh veggies such as sugar snap peas, shredded carrot, bell pepper strips, broccoli flowerets
- 1 minced clove garlic
- 1/2 cup of your favorite brand of Sesame Ginger flavor stir-fry sauce
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
- 2 tbsp. unsalted dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine veggies with 3 tablespoons of water in an oiled grill wok and cook at medium heat until crisp-tender. Remove and drain.
2. Add half of the beef and half the garlic to the wok. Stir-fry until the beef surface is no longer pink (about 2 minutes). Remove, then repeat with the remaining beef and garlic.
3. Return all beef and veggies to the wok. Add stir fry sauce and red pepper; heat through.
4. Spoon over rice and sprinkle with peanuts, if desired.
