Tomatoes - Marinated

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 10 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tea. sugar
  • 1 tea. dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tea. salt
  • 1/4 tea. pepper
  • 10 plum tomatoes, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Add tomatoes; toss gently to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve with a slotted spoon.
