Ingredients
- banana
- 1 cup frozen mango (or fresh mango with 5 ice cubes)
- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cup Silk’s Unsweetened Coconutmilk
Preparation
Step 1
1.Put banana, frozen mango (or fresh mango + ice cubes), Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and coconutmilk in an electric blender/mixer or NutriBullet.
2.Blend until all the ingredients are combined and smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
