Ingredients
- 2 md carrots, sliced
- 4 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 2 md yellow squash, sliced
- 1 md onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet, saute carrots in olive oil until crisp tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients, saute 3 to 4 minutes longer, or until all vegetables are crisp tender.
