Tuscan Meatballs

  • 1 okg 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed & drained
  • 1 pd ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 c grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 handful of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 t garlic salt
  • pepper to tase
  • 1-2 t olive oil
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1/2 go 3/4 c white wine
  • 3 T butter
  • 2 cloves garlic



Step 1

1)Heat oven to 350. squeese water out of spinach. Mix spinach, turkey, egg, bread crumbs. parmesan, mozzeralla garlic salt and pepper in a bowl. Shape mixture into meatballs. apz 30

2) Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Brown meatballs about 2-3 minutes. Once browned move pan directly to oven to finish cooking about 20 minutes.

3) while meatballs are baking cook pasta

4) When meatballs are done, transfer toa plat eo keep warm . deglaze pan witha a plate to eep warm. deglaze pan with wine. Add butter and garlic: let thicken slightly. once pasta is done , drain, but reserving some pasta wate as needed.tosss pasta to coat, then add meatballs to pan
