Crab Ragoon

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) package flaked crabmeat
  • 1 (4 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • Wonton wraps (4X4 inches)
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crab and cream cheese together.
Moisten wraps with water at edges.
Place 1 Tablespoon of the mixture into each wrap and fold into triangle.
Fry in a skillet in 1/4 inch layer of oil for 1 to minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels and serve.
