Mini Reubens

My favorite sandwich in a restaurant is a Reuben. This is a good mini one!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 package (2-3 oz) corned beef
  • 1 can Dinty Moore corned beef
  • 12 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup thousand island salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a crock pot and simmer. Serve on cocktail rye bread.
