Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 2 T skim milk
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1/4 t ground thyme
- 1/4 C diced onions
- 1/4 C diced red pepper
- 1.5 T quinoa, uncooked
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients. Shake until quinoa settles to the bottom. Bake on 350 for about 40 mins or until set.
