Ingredients
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 4 (3/4-inch) pork loin chops (about 2 pounds total), well trimmed
Preparation
Step 1
In 9x13-inch baking dish, combine all ingredients except pork chops; mix well. Add chops, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight, turning chops over occasionally.
Preheat broiler. Coat broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Transfer chops to broiler pan, reserving marinade. Broil chops 8 to 9 minutes per side for medium-well, or to desired doneness.
Meanwhile, place reserved marinade in small saucepan and bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; keep warm.
Place chops on serving platter and top with warm sauce. Serve immediately.
