Ingredients
- 1 pkg. spaghetti 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. ground beef 1/2 pint sour cream
- 4 small cans tomato sauce salt
- (add a little more if you use 3 lbs. beef) 1 full cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbs. Worstershire sauce 1 stick butter
- 1 carton cream style cottage cheese grated cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top
Preparation
Step 1
* Boil and drain spaghetti under hot water.
* Brown meat and drain.
* To meat add tomato sauce, Worchestershire sauce and salt. Simmer at least 10 minutes.
* Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and onions.
* Melt butter (use a little to grease casserole dish) and pour over spaghetti.
* Place 1/3 spaghetti in dish, then spread 1/3 cream cheese mixture, then 1/3 meat. (Can make only two layers of each if you want.)
* Top with cheddar cheese.
* Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly
That is it. This makes a lot!
