Ingredients
- 4 oz semisweet dark chocolate
- 6-12 strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate slowly over a double boiler, taking care to keep it from getting too hot. Choose berries with stems intact. Rinse and drain; pat dry to remove any trace of moisture. Holding the strawberries by the stem, dip each in melted chocolate until it is evenly covered. Place on wax paper and refrigerate. Makes 2 servings.
