Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 c rhubarb,sliced and thawed if frozen
  • 2 c strawberries, sliced and thawed if frozen
  • 2 T orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/4 teas nutmeg
  • 1/2 c butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine rhubarb, strawberries, orange juice and brown sugar and place in a 9 x 13 pan. For topping combine flour, sugar, and nutmeg in a bowl. Cut butter in with a pastry cutter to form a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle this over the top of the rhubarb. Bake a 375 until lightly browned and rhubarb is done about 35 minutes.
