Step 1
For burger mix 1 lb ground chuck (80%) and 1/2 lb ground pork (80%) with 3 oz crumbled feta cheese, 2 tsp fresh dill (1 tsp dried), 1 tsp fresh oregano (1/2 tsp dried), 2 tsp fresh mint, 1 tsp minced garlic, salt and pepper. Makes four patties. For sauce mix 3/4 c Greek yogurt, 1/2 English cucumber peeled, seeded and diced very small, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp EVOO, 2 tsp fresh mint, 2 tsp fresh dill, 1 tsp fresh oregano, salt and pepper. Also top with chopped tomato and red onion. WE TRIED THIS 5/22/12 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD, RYAN LIKED IT BUT KYLE DID NOT.
