Cranberry Pie

A traditional Wisconsin recipe for cranberry pie. Very similar to the pie you get at Elegant Farmer.

Ingredients
- 3 c cranberries
- 3/4 c walnuts, chopped coarsely
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 T grated orange peel
- 1 teas cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1 c flour

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325. Grease a deep 10" pie plate. Toss cranberries, walnuts, brown sugar, orange peel and cinnamon in pie plate until mixed well. Spread evenly. In a bowl whisk eggs, butter, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until blended. Stir in flour until smooth. Pour evenly over cranberry mixture. Bake at 55-60 minutes or until browned on top.
