Pea Pickin Cake

Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 1 lg. can mandarin oranges (undrained)
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton cool whip
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs together. Add oranges. Bake in 3 layers at 325 for 20 minutes.


Icing:
Combine pineapple and pudding mix. Mix well then add cool whip. Cake layers must be cool before icing. Keep refridgerated.
