Lemon Poppy Seed Bread*

Can change to yellow cake mix and banana pudding.

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 package Betty Crocker Lemon cake mix
• 1 small package instant lemon pudding
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/4 cup poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Beat, by hand, pour into greased bread pan.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
Sometimes this takes 1 regular size pan and 1 single serve pan.
