Lemon Bread

Ingredients

  • glaze:
  • 1/3 C. butter, melted
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 t. B.P.
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 T. lemon rind
  • 1/2 C. lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix bread conventional method. Put in bread pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 350* 45 min to 1 hour or until done. Mix glaze. Pour over warm bread while in the pan. Let cool 10 mins. before taking out of the pan.
