Pumpkin Corn Soup

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups corn
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 cans vegetable broth
- 1 can solid pack pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion and pepper until tender.
Add corn, jalapeno, garlic, and chili powder, sauté 2-3 minutes longer.
Stir in broth, pumpkin, salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Stir in lime juice and serve.
