  • 2 BONE IN CHICKEN BREASTS
  • 2 T FLOUR
  • 1/2 C HONEY
  • 1/2 t SALT
  • 1 T PREPARED MUSTARD

Step 1

PLACE CHICKEN IN GREASED OR FOIL LINES 9 INCH PAN. BAKE, UNCOVERED AT 350* FOR 30 MINUTES.
MEANWHILE, IN SMALL SAUCEPAN, COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS, COOK AND STIR OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL WELL BLENDED AND HEATED THROUGH. POUR OVER CHICKEN.
BAKE UNCOVERD 30-35 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE AND NO LONGER PINK. baste chicken before serving.
