Graham Strusel Cake

Ingredients

  • glaze:
  • 2 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 C. chopped pecans
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 3/4 C. melted butter
  • 1 pkg. super moist yellow cake mix
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 C. powdered sugar
  • water to thin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix graham crackers through butter.
Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Pour about 2 cups batter in greased 9X13 pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups cracker crumbs. Pour remaining batter over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake 350* for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool. Mix powdered sugar and water to thin. Spread over warm cake.
