Goof Balls

Ingredients

  • 5 MacIntosh Toffee bars, broken into small pieces
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1/2 bag marshmallows
  • 1/2 box Rice Krispies

Preparation

Step 1

Heat condensed milk on low in saucepan and add toffee bars one at a time until they have all melted. Keep on low heat so it doesn't cool. Put Rice Krispies into a large bowl. (Caution: this step is VERY HOT!!!)
Put a marshmallow on the end of a fork, dip into the toffee until coated. Push off into the Rice Krispies with another fork. With your hands, scoop the Rice Krispies over the marshmallow to coat, then mold into balls, being careful not to burn yourself. Repeat. Put goof balls on a rack to cool. Pack into containers or plastic bags. These freeze really well.
