Broccoli Crisps

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 lb broccoli

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash the broccoli and separate it into the small florets
2. Combine the almond flour, salt, turmeric, and ground black pepper in a shallow bowl…mix it to get a homogenous spice mixture.
3. Sprinkle the broccoli florets with the spice mixture. Stir it carefully
4. Sprinkle the broccoli florets with heavy cream and mix
5. Sprinkle the broccoli florets with the remaining spices once more
6. Preheat the air fryer to 360 F
7. Place the prepared broccoli florets in the air fryer rack
8. Cook the broccoli florets for 10 min…carefully shake…cook 3 additional min
