  • tinned tomatos box
  • garlic
  • onion
  • basil
  • 1 About 1 liter vegetable stock

Step 1

Cut bread into cubes. Cruch together garlic, basil, and tomatos. Heat oil in saucepan, the addd bread and vegetables. Bring to boil, then stoke slowly for about 25 minutes, until reduced and compact.

Put in dish. Drizzle with evoo. Sprinkle with Parmesan, basil and pepper.
