Ingredients
- Chocolate Cake
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp bake powder
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. hot coffee
- Icing
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. crisco
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 3 Tbs. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. peanut butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together.
Blend oil and 1/2 c. milk
Beat additional 1/2 c. milk with the 2 eggs and blend together with the oil and milk mixture.
Add vanilla and coffee.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until toothpick in center comes out clean
For icing
Beat butter and crisco until creamy.
Add confectioners sugar, milk vanilla and peanut butter.
Mix until creamy
When cake completely cools spread with icing.
