Pulled pork sandwiches with cabbage slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 brown sugar (packed)
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/4 cup plus 2 T cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 lb pork butt or shoulder trimmed and cut into 3 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 small cabbage about 1 lb.
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 4 rolls split

Preparation
Step 1
Put into crock pot the first four ingredients that are whisked together. ‘
Add pork and cover and cook until tender. 7 to 8 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high
45 minutes before meat is done whisk together the sour ceam. 2 remaining T vinegar
1 T water and salt and pepper
Slice the cabbage thinly and mix with the sour cream mixture. Toss to coat. Let sit and toss occasionally. Fold in the clintro before serving.
Using two forks gently shred the meat into large pieces and toss with cooking liquid.
Fill the rolls with the pork and slaw.
