Ingredients

  • 1/4

    cup plus 2 T cider vinegar

  • 1 1/2

    lb pork butt or shoulder trimmed and cut into 3 inch pieces

  • 1/2

    cup lowfat sour cream

  • 1/2

    small cabbage about 1 lb.

  • 1/2

    cup fresh cilantro

  • 4

Directions

Put into crock pot the first four ingredients that are whisked together. ‘ Add pork and cover and cook until tender. 7 to 8 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high 45 minutes before meat is done whisk together the sour ceam. 2 remaining T vinegar 1 T water and salt and pepper Slice the cabbage thinly and mix with the sour cream mixture.
