Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- CHICKEN: Tyson breaded chicken breast tenderloins - amount is per your choice.
- 3 T. Frank's Red Hot Wings Buffalo Hot Sauce
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 2 T water
- RANCH SALAD DRESSING: Hidden Valley or Costco recommended
- Romaine lettuce
- Grape tomatoes
- Craisens
- Cheddar Cheese, or mix of monterrey cheddar, or whatever you like.
- Croutons - Linda uses Costco's focaccia croutons
Preparation
Step 1
Bake tenderloins @ 425 for 12 minutes on each side.
Mix sauce ingredients in saucepan & boil 1 minute.
Cool chicken, cut in bite size pieces, put chicken in bowl & coat with some of sauce.
Save some sauce & mix with ranch dressing. Linda uses Hidden Valley or Costco; I have also used Kraft.
