  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with other seasonings.
Arrange on a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for 30 min. at 450.
