Ingredients

  • 1 can water chestnuts, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Bacon, cut in 2-inch pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for 1 hour. roll water chestnuts in brown sugar and wrap bacon around and secure with toothpick. Microwave on paper towel until bacon is crisp, bout 4 to 5 minutes. give 1/2 turn during cooking.
