Ingredients
- 1 tsp corn oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 whole chicken breasts chopped into small pieces
- 1 15oz can white navy beans undrained
- 1 15oz can garbanzo beans undrained
- 1 4oz diced green chili's undrained
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 cup Monterrey jack cheese grated

Step 1
Saute oil, onion, garlic, cumin, pepper and chicken for 15 - 20 minutes. Combine it with all the rest of the ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low 4 - 6 hours. Serve with additional shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
