Caramel Peaches

  • 42 oz. canned peach halves, drained, sliced
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 C. packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbs. melted butter
  • 1/4 C. whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Pour drained peaches into a medium bowl, sprinkle peaches with lemon juice. Combine brown sugar, butter, cream and cinnamon; stir well. Pour peach mixture into crockpot; toss to coat. Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours.
