CILANTRO AND MINT CHUTNEY

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches cilantro
  • 1 bunch milt
  • 4 fresh green chilies( like jalapenos) or to taste
  • 1-1/2 " fresh ginger
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a food processor, blend all the ingredient: to a paste with 3 T. of water.

2. Spoon into small, sterile jars with tight-fitting lids and store in the refrigerator.
