Pork Chops

With mushroom gravy.

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of water
  • 1 Tablespoon sage
  • Dash salt
  • Dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the pork chops in a skillet over medium to high heat.
Turn heat to low. Add all other ingredients.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes, turning pork chops after 20 minutes.
The gravy goes well over vegetables, noodles, or potatoes.
